Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician (1st Shift) in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on assembling panelboards/switchboards, testing and wiring to meet electrical specifications. The position includes a variable incentive program and a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule.

You will work in a team environment, follow safety rules, and participate in Lean initiatives while delivering quality assemblies on time. This is an onsite opportunity with benefits and ongoing cross-training.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with hand/power tools or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards per drawings, schematics and work instructions using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Wire and mount electrical assemblies using harnesses and tools as required.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and maintain lean 5S work areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety.
