Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician for its Panelboard / Switchboard Satellite Operation in Missouri. The role involves assembling panelboards and switchboards, wiring with hand and power tools, and performing tests to verify electrical and mechanical integrity.

CORE HOURS are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an hourly rate of $20.50 and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of assembly experience or a year of technical schooling.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and/or power tools.
• Completion of a one-year Technical School diploma is acceptable.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the work location; no relocation benefit offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards per drawings and work instructions using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance with specs.
• Perform wiring assembly using wire strippers and related tools.
• Maintain progress and communicate shortages or issues; prepare products for shipment.
