Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role pays $21 per hour and offers a variable incentive program. Hours are 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM with benefits starting at day one.

Join a team that assembles panelboards/switchboards, tests units, and ensures quality per electrical drawings and manufacturing instructions. Responsibilities include wiring, assembling sub-assemblies, and cross-training across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in assembly roles using hand/power tools; automotive/construction backgrounds considered.
• One-year technical school diploma from an accredited institution qualifies.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• No sponsorship; immigration support not offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specs using hand/power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance.
• Wire panelboards and switchboards per diagrams and work instructions.
• Maintain progress and communicate problems or shortages.
• Receive and store material; prepare finished products for shipment.
• Suggest Lean improvements; maintain 5S and safe work area.
