Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Production Technician (1st Shift) in Auburn, WA. The hourly rate for this position is $23 – $25 per hour with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Hours are 6:30 AM – 3 PM.

You will assemble panelboards and switchboards, test units, and ensure quality while following drawings and work instructions. The role requires at least one year of assembly experience with hand or power tools, the ability to lift 35 lbs, and strong teamwork and safety

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with hand/power tools or completion of a one-year technical program.
• Reside within 50 miles of the work location; relocation not offered.
• Ability to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per electrical drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance.
• Perform wiring assembly using wire strippers and pliers.
• Maintain progress and communicate shortages or problems.
• Perform Lean initiatives and maintain 5S in the work area.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
