Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Production Technician (1st Shift) in Windsor, CT. Core hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, with a $21.00 hourly rate and a variable incentive program. Role involves wiring, assembling sub-assemblies, and testing to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of assembly-related experience or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma.
• No relocation; resides within 50 miles of the site; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Eaton does not sponsor visa applications for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per drawings and instructions using hand and power tools.
• Inspect, test, and ensure quality and code conformance on finished products.
• Prepare products for shipment and maintain lean, 5S compliant work area.
