Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician for the 1st shift to assemble panelboards and switchboards per customer drawings and instructions. You will wire components, inspect finished units, and ensure quality while following strict safety and Lean guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of assembly experience using hand or power tools.
• Completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
• Experience with wiring diagrams and power flow.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards per electrical drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance.
• Use hand and power tools to wire and assemble components.
• Maintain safety and 5S practices in the work area.
• Cross-train across functions to support production needs.
