Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Mechanical Assembler (1st Shift) for an on-site role in Colorado. The position pays $23 per hour and includes eligibility for a variable incentive program.

The role involves assembling sub-assemblies and wire harnesses, testing finished units, and following drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Overtime and Lean initiatives are part of the job, with opportunities for cross-training and career progression.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 1-year Technical School diploma required.
• At least 1 year of assembly experience with hand/power tools or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive/industrial assembly environments considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electrical control units per drawings and work instructions.
• Wire panelboards/switchboards using hand/power tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance with specs.
• Prepare products for shipment and manage material handling.
• Support Lean 5S initiatives and cross-train across functions.
