Graybar Electric Company in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Manager Electrical Business to drive sales and gross margin in the Electrical market. You will manage a team of sales reps and a sales support staff, steward a $7M annual budget, and implement district market plans.

Responsibilities include developing territory business plans, coaching on sales processes, analyzing trends, and building key customer and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in business or wholesale distribution.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing budgets is essential.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans and tactical plans with district marketing.
• Implement the sales management process with coaching and pre/post-call plans.
• Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Lead recruiting, staffing and staff development to ensure high performance.
