Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will build relationships with new prospects and maintain existing customers while selling Graybar products and services.

Expect to meet or exceed annual sales budgets with uncapped commissions and a base salary; some travel may be required. You should be able to negotiate, persuade, and work well both independently and with a team, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis.
• Ability to negotiate and be persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings.
• Earn uncapped commissions plus a base salary.
• Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets.
