Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution and market conditions.

• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct district and branch sales activities to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Guide national and corporate account workflows to ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and manage district sales and gross margin budgets by location.
• Allocate sales coverage to maximize opportunities and margins.
• Recommend salary and staffing changes for sales teams.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to assign accounts to sales reps.
