City Electric Supply is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the US market. The role focuses on expanding target markets, developing revenue plans, and coordinating with Inside Support, Outside Sales, and contractors to secure opportunities.

The candidate should be professional, well organized, and capable of solving problems while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Experience in the electrical industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or electrical industry experience preferred.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new target market initiatives within the Market.
• Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
• Research prospective accounts in target markets, pursue leads, and move them through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with customer design and sales teams to consult on products and ensure end customer design requirements are met.
• Attend industry conferences, conduct sales meetings, and conduct training for internal and external stakeholders.
