Job summary

Price Electric is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales, development, and marketing efforts across multiple branches. This leadership role will drive growth, expand client relationships, enhance sales processes, and develop high-performing teams.

You will partner with operations, preconstruction, estimating, and marketing to align pursuit strategy with capacity and margins while managing key client relationships and pursuing strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of business development, sales leadership, or market development experience.
• 10+ years in construction, engineering, EPC, specialty contracting, or AEC industries.
• Experience winning negotiated projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sector focus evaluation matrix and refine market positioning.
• Establish short- and long-term sales goals aligned to revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and partnerships.
• Engage potential clients pre-RFP based on upcoming opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, estimating, and marketing to align pursuit strategy with capacity and margins.
• Monitor client engagement and satisfaction; take proactive steps when needed.
• Champion the CRM as the single source of truth for pursuit lifecycle.
