• Experience winning negotiated projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, sales, and marketing across multiple branches.
• Establish short- and long-term sales goals aligned with revenue targets.
• Identify emerging markets, segments, and strategic partnerships.
