James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will coordinate daily electrical work, drive reliability, and manage CMMS-driven workflows to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.

The role requires a strong background in electrical supervision, PLCs and drive systems, plus hands-on planning and leadership to develop technicians and ensure safe, efficient operation across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of electrical supervision in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience planning/scheduling and CMMS usage.
• Knowledgeable of PLCs, drives, and control systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead electrical technicians and drive maintenance reliability efforts.
• Plan, schedule, and execute electrical work with CMMS support.
• Analyze downtime causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, safety and other departments.
• Develop and promote improvements in maintenance procedures.
