Job summary

James Hardie is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to direct maintenance execution and drive reliability. You will work with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to improve equipment availability and workmanship quality.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, reducing downtime, and leading technicians through continuous improvement initiatives within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of electrical supervision in a continuous manufacturing setting.
• Experience planning/scheduling with hands-on involvement.
• Strong CMMS experience and PLC/wiring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance leadership to improve reliability and equipment availability.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans, reduce breakdowns, and optimize up times.
• supervise technicians, train staff, and manage safety and quality.
• Drive KPI reporting and CMMS integration with operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance and production issues.
