Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Leader to oversee daily activities in a 24/7 plant environment. You will direct electricians, coordinate work across multiple shifts, and ensure reliable operation of motors, MCCs, and control systems.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, deep knowledge of electrical schematics, and experience with PLC/SCADA-enabled equipment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience with supervision.
• Engineering degree candidates considered with less experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motors, VFDs.
• Experience with PLCs and 24V/120V control circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Proven leadership and coordination across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical maintenance across 24/7 operations.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly/monthly work and coach staff.
• Oversee troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Partner with operations and maintenance for repairs and capital projects.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies.
