Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join the Maintenance team.

You will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulic components, and machine controls. You will work with diverse departments to resolve day-to-day maintenance issues, track labor and parts in the CMMS, and service plant boiler, autoclaves, HVAC equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industrial electrical experience.
• At least 5 years of Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to read OEM/technical literature and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/mechanical tests to diagnose issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts and maintain equipment.
• Track labor, parts, and machine history in CMMS.
• Operate and service plant boiler, autoclaves, HVAC equipment.
