Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to guide the electrical crew in daily execution and maintenance planning.

The role partners with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Engineer, and Operations to improve equipment availability and reliability. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a 24/7 manufacturing setting, plus CMMS and PLC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of electrical supervision in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of planning/scheduling experience.
• CMMS experience with MP2 or similar.
• Experience with PLCs, Wonderware, RSView, AB Drives, Siemens Drives, and DeviceNet.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance team to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Develop plans to reduce breakdowns and optimize maintenance schedules.
• Manage CMMS data entry, work orders, and downtime analysis.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and other departments to minimize production disruption.
• Drive safety and maintain compliance in all maintenance activities.
