Job summary

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Heidelberg Materials is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or electrical trade certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical work in compliance with safety policies and NFPA 70E.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical support for shutdowns, outages, and capital projects.
• Plan maintenance activities and manage CMMS work orders.
• Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
