Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to advance our preventive and predictive maintenance programs across our U.S. manufacturing sites.

You will implement CMMS workflows, develop PM procedures, and partner with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment availability and asset productivity. The role requires a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Strong communication and written/oral skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Populate CMMS with equipment IDs and BOMs.
• Write preventive maintenance procedures and frequencies.
• Identify failure modes and write preventive procedures.
• Implement PdM technology and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to maximize asset availability.
