Job summary

Rexel USA in La Crosse, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Gexpro team to drive proactive inside sales and grow the customer base. You will handle quotes, orders, and product knowledge while building strong relationships with customers across the territory.

You’ll use digital tools to sell, support outside sales, and pursue new accounts. Requires 2+ years in customer service or sales within electrical distribution and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience
• High School or GED - Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfort with product knowledge and customer inquiries

Responsibilities

• Handle proactive inside telephone or email sales to increase profitable sales
• Process quotes and orders, including pricing, delivery specs, and terms
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to questions with root-cause analysis
• Provide product information and coordinate with outside sales as needed
