Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales in electrical distribution, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and CRM/ERP systems, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED is required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
• Prepare quotations and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
