Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Ohio. You will assist customers in the sales process, apply ERP systems to track orders, and promote new products while maintaining strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include fulfilling sales orders, preparing documentation, following up with customers, and supporting warehouse functions as needed. We value teamwork, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and work within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.
• Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Promote new products and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
