Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions. We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to support customers, promote new products, and assist with warehouse duties as needed while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.

This on-site role in Ohio requires a high school diploma and at least one year in the electrical industry, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication, organized, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.
• EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level training or commitment within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
• Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, documenting, and following up.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Create and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
