You will develop manpower plans, prepare material lists from layouts, and coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals. Strong leadership and blueprint reading skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities capable of growing into a Foreman role.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple trades on site.
