Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a skilled Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical installation, alteration and repair projects in commercial and industrial settings. You will mentor Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, read blueprints, develop schedules, and ensure work meets NEC and local codes while maintaining quality and production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate with other trades on site, ensuring safe, on-time project

Qualifications

7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
Proven leadership ability to mentor a crew of ~5 electricians.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications; coordinate with other trades.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
Develop manpower schedules for the team.
Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands; communicate to supervision.
Help achieve production and budget goals by communicating needs to the team.
Ensure all work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, install conduit and electrical devices as required.
Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
Layout work from drawings, including underground aspects.
Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
