Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate performance while ensuring work complies with NEC guidelines and project specs.

You will develop manpower plans, create material lists from layouts, and coordinate with supervision to maintain production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Ability to read and understand project drawings and specs.
• Understanding of NEC guidelines and electrical codes.

Responsibilities
