Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will lead Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring quality and safety while coordinating material needs and schedules.

Your role includes mentoring team members, interpreting blueprints, and aligning work with project specifications. You will collaborate with supervision and other trades to maintain schedule integrity and meet production and budget goals, while enforcing

Qualifications

7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
Ability to lead and coach teams of five Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians.
Strong understanding of blueprints, project specifications, and schematics.
Effective communication with other trades and supervision.
Ability to develop manpower schedules and manage on-site crew.
Familiarity with safety practices and local/ NEC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Ensure work quality meets high standards and project specifications.
Develop manpower schedules for the team.
Create material lists from layouts and site demands; communicate to supervision.
