Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to guide a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial electrical installations. You will lead, train, mentor, and evaluate the crew while ensuring work meets the highest standards and adheres to NEC guidelines.

You will read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics, lay out work from drawings, and perform field layouts with Trimble tools.

Competenze

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to grow into a foreman role and lead a team of ~5.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Communicates effectively with other trades and supervisors.
• Shows aptitude for mentoring and coaching team members.
• Understands development of construction schedules for assigned scope.
• Willingness to learn BlueBeam/Navisworks for project planning.
