Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead by example, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with supervision and other trades.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprints literacy, and hands-on conduit installation, with the ability to manage field layout and equipment like Trimble.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to lead a five-person crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Solid understanding of project documents and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure work meets the highest quality standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals through clear direction.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Layout, measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, and panels.
• Read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
