Comfort Systems USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of helpers, apprentices, and journeymen on commercial and industrial electrical installations.

You will lead, mentor, and evaluate the team while ensuring work meets NEC guidelines and project specifications. The role requires strong leadership, ability to read blueprints, and proficient field layout using Trimble equipment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to grow in this area and coach five-person crews.
• Able to read and understand blueprints, specs, and contract documents.
• Willingness to learn project planning, schedules, and customer relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Maintain high-quality work and adherence to standards and NEC guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team based on project demands.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Contribute to meeting production and budget goals with clear team communication.
• Perform field layout and wiring tasks, including conduit sizing and installation.
• Read project drawings and lay out work in coordination with other trades.
