Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will oversee installation, alteration and repair work, mentor staff, and ensure quality and safety standards on site.

You will develop manpower schedules, read blueprints and project specs, perform field layouts with Trimble tools, and coordinate with other trades to meet production and budget goals while upholding NEC guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics and project specifications.
• Aptitude for collaborating with other trades and negotiating work assignments.
• Desire to participate in leadership training and advance leadership skills.
