Zusammenfassung

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of helpers, apprentices, and journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee installation, alteration and/or repair of electrical systems, mentor the crew, and ensure work meets the highest standards and NEC guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read plans and specifications, and effective communication with trades and supervision.

Qualifikationen

7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
Proven leadership to guide ~5 crew members (Helpers, Apprentices, Journeymen).
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
Strong communication with trades and supervision.
Willingness to learn BlueBeam/Navisworks as needed.

Aufgaben

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Ensure work quality meets highest standards.
Develop manpower schedules for the team.
Prepare material lists from layouts and job site demands.
Oversee installations and terminations of electrical devices and panels.
Ensure compliance with local and NEC guidelines.
Perform field layout and basic troubleshooting.
Collaborate with supervision to meet production goals.
