The Foreman Electrician at Comfort Systems USA will oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects in Mississippi. You will lead, train, and evaluate the crew while performing installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems to high standards.

You will develop material lists, schedules, and communicate priorities to supervision, ensuring work adheres to NEC guidelines and project specifications.

• Able to lead, mentor and coach teams on site.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
• Experience coordinating with trades and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists and communicate them to supervision.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Assist in meeting production and budget goals.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Perform basic conduit installation and termination with appropriate tools.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Layout work from drawings and perform field layout.
• Determine wire, conduit and junction box sizing.
• Troubleshoot basic lighting and power circuits.
