Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience on commercial/industrial sites.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability to grow in this area.
• Able to lead, mentor and coach small teams of five helpers, apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work alongside the crew and ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate with supervision.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC guidelines.
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform field layout and basic wiring tasks according to plans.
