You will read blueprints, develop manpower plans, order materials and coordinate with other trades while upholding NEC and local codes. Strong leadership and field problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with capability to grow in this area.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and contract documents.
• Skilled in coordinating with multiple trades and supervising crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by communicating needs clearly.
• Ensure work complies with local codes and NEC guidelines.
• Lay out and install electrical conduit and devices per drawings.
• Read project specs and blueprints to guide work.
