Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to guide a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on site. You will lead, mentor, and evaluate the crew while ensuring high-quality installation, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems as per project specs.

You will read blueprints, develop material lists, and coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals, while maintaining compliance with NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience on electrical construction projects.
• Experience leading a crew of five (Helpers, Apprentices, Journeyman).
• Ability to read and interpret project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Proven scheduling and coordination skills across trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Develop an effective manpower schedule for the team.
• Read and understand project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Perform field layout and conduit work using Trimble equipment.
• Install electrical devices and drive quality workmanship on site.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
