Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical installations. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, ensure high-quality work, and translate project drawings into actionable on-site tasks.

You will develop material lists, coordinate with supervision, and ensure schedules and safety standards are met while maintaining client satisfaction on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics, and understand construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work alongside the crew and ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands for supervision.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Lead field activities to meet production and budget goals.
