Job summary

The Foreman Electrician at Amteck leads a crew of Journeyman electricians, Apprentices and Helpers on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, alter and repair electrical systems while guiding the team to deliver high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

You will develop manpower schedules, read blueprints and specs, prepare material lists, and coordinate with other trades to keep projects on time and within NEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to grow teams of helpers, apprentices and journeymen.
• Ability to read and understand project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Communicates with other trades and negotiates work assignments with trade supervisors.

Responsibilities
