Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning while mentoring team members and ensuring work quality and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, field layout skills, and the ability to read blueprints and project documents. Occasional weekend/overtime work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of ~5 electricians and apprentices.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality work and adherence to NEC and local guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules and manage crew productivity and safety.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate with supervision.
