Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician who will supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate the crew while coordinating installations, alterations, and repairs to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five electricians.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Ensure work quality meets high standards.
Develop manpower schedules for the team.
Prepare material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
Help achieve production and budget goals and communicate needs to the team.
Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
Oversee wiring, conduit installation, and device terminations.
Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
Read layouts from electrical drawings and project documents.
