Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on a commercial/industrial project. You will lead, train, and evaluate the team while ensuring work complies with NEC and project specifications.

You will develop manpower schedules, read blueprints and schematics, and coordinate with supervision to maintain safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on electrical expertise.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to grow as a coach/mentor.
• Reads and understands blueprints and contract documents.
• Communicates effectively with other trades and supervision.
