Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician who will oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. The Foreman guides installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems while training and evaluating staff.

Responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring work quality, preparing material lists, staying within NEC and local guidelines, reading blueprints, and coordinating with supervision.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of five electricians.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs and schematics.
• Ability to coordinate with other trades and supervisors for schedules.
• Commitment to safety and NEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by communicating tasks clearly.
• Develop and install electrical devices, conduits, and panels as required.
