Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate the crew while ensuring work meets NEC standards and project specs.

You will develop material lists, read blueprints, and coordinate schedules to meet production and budget goals. Strong leadership, communication, and on-site problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of ~5 workers.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards and safety.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Coordinate with other trades and project supervisors.
