Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring quality work and adherence to NEC guidelines.

You will develop schedules, prepare material lists, read blueprints, and communicate effectively with supervision to meet project goals. Strong leadership and coordination with other trades are required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Shows leadership abilities with ability to grow into a foreman/lead role and coach crews.
• Basic skills in communicating with other trades and coordinating with supervisors.
• Ability to read project specs, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by coordinating with the crew.
• Ensure work complies with local NEC guidelines.
