Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will install, alter and repair electrical systems, mentor your crew, review project specs, and ensure work meets NEC and safety standards.

You’ll develop material lists, read blueprints, coordinate with supervision, and manage schedules to hit production and budget goals while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Strong reading and interpretation of blueprints and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets highest standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Lay out work from drawings, read project specs and schematics.
• Coordinate schedules to meet production and budget goals.
