Qualifications

7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and coach a team.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and schematics.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Work with crew to ensure high-quality work and safety.
Develop material lists from layouts and site demands and communicate to supervision.
Assist in creating manpower schedules for the team.
Ensure work adheres to local codes and NEC guidelines.
Independent ability to install electrical conduit and devices as required.
