Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise journeymen, helpers and apprentices, ensure work meets NEC and local codes, and coordinate material lists and schedules with supervision.

Strong leadership and blueprint reading skills are required. You will develop manpower plans, mentor staff, troubleshoot circuitry, read blueprints and schematics, and maintain safety and quality on site while

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and can mentor a crew of five.
• Expertise in reading blueprints, specs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality work meets NEC and local guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read project documents and lay out work, measure, cut, and install conduit.
• Install and terminate electrical devices and equipment.
• Train and evaluate crew performance and safety.
