Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. The role involves mentoring Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, coordinating material lists, and ensuring work meets NEC and client specifications.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage schedules and collaborate with other trades on site.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a small crew (roughly five workers).
• Able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards and develop manpower schedules.
• Read and interpret project drawings and develop material lists; communicate them to supervision.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems and circuits.
• Adhere to local and NEC guidelines; work with multiple trades on site.
