Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial sites. You will lead installations, read blueprints, and ensure work complies with NEC guidelines while maintaining safety and schedule targets.

You will develop material lists, coordinate with supervision, and mentor team members to meet production and quality standards. On-site leadership and technical proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Understanding of blueprints, specs and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and schedules manpower effectively.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit and electrical devices.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics and ensure work aligns with NEC guidelines.
• Work with other trades and maintain safety on site.
